Winners for any contest or giveaway on KristynaMyles.com will be selected by computer-generated random selection from all entries received. Winners will be selected within 24 hours of close of contest period.

Contest results are final and the sole decision of the owner of KristynaMyles.com. Winner will be notified by email and will be required to verify acceptance of prize by return email within 72 hours of notification. If acceptance is not received, prizes will be forfeited and another winner chosen. KristynaMyles.com is not responsible for prize notifications which cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete registration information or failure of entrant’s email service provider.

Contests are open to anyone with a valid email address. Children under 18 should ask parents’ permission to enter. Contests are void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable country, federal, state and local laws and regulations. KristynaMyles.com is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or delays in transmission of information, whether arising from technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption. KristynaMyles.com reserves the right, at our discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend any contest should any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond our control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of any contest. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and the winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received prior to such time.
